Proven and current Performance
In 2023, Aqua Cops was awarded a multiple year contract to provide program oversight for the TOHO Water Wise water conservation program. To support this program, Aqua Cops has fulltime embedded patrol employees including both full time supervision and administration. Aqua Cops provides territorial patrolling and visual inspection for irrigation violations. TOHO Water Authority is the largest provider of water, wastewater and reclaimed water services in Osceola County. Aqua Cops is working 7 days a week monitoring irrigation violations, collecting data and providing supporting documentation to properly educate TOHO Water Authority residential customers on the benefits of water conservation and proper irrigation techniques. In addition to providing notice of violation, Aqua Cops delivers in person follow up to assist in irrigation timer resets and provide instructions to properly irrigate their home.
Orlando Utilities Commission
In 2011 Aqua Cops was awarded a multiple year contract to be the sole contractor for the Efficiency Delivered Program. This energy and water conservation program targets low to moderate income homes and provides electric and water efficiency measures at a significantly reduced cost to the homeowner. Aqua Cops worked hand in hand with the OUC conservation team to provide services to over 500 homes a year. Aqua Cops was tasked to identify and resolve energy and water conservation deficiencies within the home. Typical electric conservation measures included duct repair, attic insulation and window caulking. Typical water conservation measures included toilet replacement, low flow shower head and sink aerators, general plumbing and sprinkler repairs. Aqua Cops completed this program without receiving a single customer complaint.
Orange County Water Watch Program
In 2020, Aqua Cops was awarded a multiple year contract to provide program oversight for the Orange County Water Watch Program. To support this program, Aqua Cops has multiple fulltime embedded employees including both full time supervision and administration. Aqua Cops provides territorial patrolling and visual inspection for irrigation violations of all 150,000 OCU residential customers. Since taking over the program in December of 2020 Aqua Cops has provided notice of over 30,000 irrigation violations, and all supporting documentation to properly enforce administrative action and fines if necessary. This represents a program volume increase of 59% from the previous 24-month period. In addition to providing notice of violation, Aqua Cops delivers in person follow up to assist in irrigation timer resets and provide instructions to properly irrigate their home. To date Aqua Cops has provided over 1800 in home customer visits.
In December of 2022, Aqua Cops was awarded a multiple year contract to provide concrete services for Brevard County Public Roads and Drainage. Aqua Cops provides demolition, removal, form pour and finish new sidewalks, drop curb, valley gutter, medians, ADA ramps, truncated dome installation, and many other custom concrete related services to maintain a highly successful concrete service operation and execution. Brevard County recognized Aqua Cops as a preferred vendor and provided a letter of recommendation for our quality, operational execution and administrative excellence. Aqua Cops employees are highly skilled, personally trained and always work safely and efficiently cognizant of the residential citizens we are contacting on a daily routine. Aqua Cops works hand in hand with the Brevard Public Roads and Drainage team and has removed/installed miles of curb, sidewalk, ADA during the 2023 year alone. Aqua Cops is honored to provide these services for Brevard County without having a single complaint.
Ally Building Solutions Water Conservation and Reclamation Project
In 2019 Aqua Cops was awarded a contract to custom design and build an interior/exterior water reclamation system for the recapture of water run-off during commercial fabrication of granite surfaces. Ally Building Solutions sells and fabricates granite countertops throughout the State of Florida. This particular granite fabrication building is one of the largest fabrication sites in Central Florida. Aqua Cops custom designed and built a reinforced concrete trench closed loop system for full capture of all water used during the fabricating process. This system takes the post cutting process runoff and separates out the granite particulate and dust from the water. Allowing the recirculation of the non potable water to be sent back through the fabrication process again and reducing the need for potable make up water. This project was completed on time and on budget.
Winter Park Housing Authority
In 2012 Aqua Cops began providing services to the Winter Park Housing Authority. Since that time Aqua Cops has completed numerous projects involving water conservation and efficiency measures. Aqua Cops was awarded and completed a contract to remove, procure and install 209 new energy efficient water heaters. Other work performed for WPHA included irrigation installs and repairs, underground water drainage and re-direction of water run-off. All projects awarded to date have been completed on time without a single complaint.
PRG Real Estate Management Green Loan Program
In 2015 Aqua Cops began doing work with PRG Real Estate Management. PRG Real Estate Management is a private real estate holding company based out of Philadelphia PA. PRG owns a portfolio of Multi-Family apartment communities throughout the eastern United States. Over the past five years Aqua Cops has been awarded contracts with PRG to lead conservation driven renovations funded by the SBA green loan program for projects in multiple states, including Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. In just the last 12 months Aqua Cops Water Systems has supervised and installed over 1500 low flow toilets, as well as thousands of showerheads and low flow aerators.
Paramount Plumbing
Since 1998 Aqua Cops has been a proud working partner with Paramount Plumbing. As a privately owned commercial plumbing company, Paramount Plumbing is routinely awarded multi-million-dollar contracts throughout the State of Florida. Over the past twenty-five years Aqua Cops Water Systems has custom built and installed commercial water treatment systems for many of Paramount’s key customers. While working as a contractor for Paramount Plumbing, Aqua Cops has had the opportunity to install numerous types of water treatment systems for large brand hotels, restaurants, US Food operating/distribution centers, complex car wash systems, and the Orlando International Airport. Each of these projects was delivered on time and always on budget. Aqua Cops continues to enjoy a strong working relationship with Paramount Plumbing to this day.
